When Staurt Lynn discovered Beachside, just minutes from his home and business, he was struck by the beauty and the peacefulness of the property.
When the opportunity to purchase Beachside and breathe new life into this amazing property came up, Stuart didn't hesitate.
The first thing he did was to assemble a team of people passionate about creating a special community right here on the Texas Coast. Then, he went to work!
Stuarts family of engineering, construction and development companies builds all of the roads and amenities, handles the property maintenance and is contantly making upgrades and improvements.

Stacy oversees the promotion of Beachside, our land sale events and makes sure everyone has a great experience from start to finish.Â
The MISSION OF BEACHSIDE
Matagorda Village Honduras
Beachside is working directly with Food For The Poor to create a new village in Honduras and build 500 homes for the extreme poor.
Matagorda Village, named after Matagorda Bay, will soon be home to the people of a fishing community currently living in very difficult conditions.
