Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (SMS/MMS)

Beachside operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”). By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy:

1) Program Description

This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications. Messages may include appointment confirmations/reminders, service updates, customer support responses, and promotional offers or announcements.
Message frequency varies.

2) Opt-In / Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, via a website form, booking form, or other consent-based method), you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Beachside at the number provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the number provided. If you change your number, notify us at hello@beachsidetx.com.

3) Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4) Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin after opting out, sign up as you did initially (for example, submit your number through our opt-in form again), and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

6) Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7) Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

9) Program Availability

The Program may not be available on all carriers or in all regions. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
